TANK & PIPE WELDING FLANGES

Designed to minimize pressure drop and maximize vapor recovery efficiency during Stage 1A and 1B vapor recovery operations, this valve design is recognized internationally as the benchmark for flapper vapor recovery quick couplings.

  • Durable shell construction made of high-strength aluminum alloy (hardened), tested for shell strength at 20 bar.
  • 4″ TTMA flange 8-bolt fixation.
  • Complies with European Standard for full compatibility with vapor recovery quick couplings.
  • Viton seals are suitable for unleaded gasoline and high octane additives.
  • Screw cap for draining liquid from the quick coupling.
  • Quick coupling 4″ cam & groove according to CID-A-A-59326 specifications.
  • Level indicator to check the valve for the presence of liquid.

BREATHER DEVICE (PV Vents)

Available integrated into all SK3000 & SK4500 manhole covers and separately. The pressure and vacuum breathing valve provides the necessary “breathing” of the tank during loading and unloading processes, incorporating protection against overflow in the event of a tip-over.

  • The robust construction of the valve exceeds the requirements of the EN DROP TEST (EN 14595:2016).
  • Complies with the European standard EN 14595:2016 in design and construction.
  • Flame arrester filter to prevent the passage of flame.
  • High flow through 1¼” air ducts.
  • Nominal ventilation capacity 100 m3/h at 30 kPa overpressure and 20 m3/h at 3 kPa vacuum.
  • Protection against tipping over by means of a sealing valve. Viton seals are compatible with unleaded petrol.

VAPOUR MANIFOLD (COAMING) VENT VALVES

The robust construction and high flow design make this valve, available in Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO), an ideal choice for sequential vapor recovery requirements where configuration is required.

  • Durable aluminum alloy shell construction tested for shell strength at 5 bar.
  • Complies with European standard EN 13082: 2008 + A1: 2012 for valve design and testing procedures.
  • Normal closed position of the flapper.
  • Exceeds the requirements of the EN DROP TEST (EN 13082: 2008 + A1: 2012)

VAPOUR TRANSFER VALVES

  • Durable aluminum alloy housing construction, tested to withstand 5 bar.
